Add a debt desk without hiring one.
Your buyers need financing to close, and every deal you sell is a debt placement someone else is getting paid for. Dori gives an investment sales team the tools to package and place the debt alongside the sale.
The work that isn't brokering.
The financing goes elsewhere
You bring the buyer and the property. Someone else packages the loan and earns the fee.
No lender coverage in-house
Building a lender list and knowing each box takes years a sales team does not have.
Packaging is a different skill
An OM sells the property. A loan package has to prove the coverage and leverage to a lender.
What changes.
01
Reuse the documents you already have
The OM, rent roll and T-12 from the sale become the deal record for the financing.
02
Lender coverage from day one
Every deal is scored against 800+ lender profiles, with hard fails set aside.
03
A lender-ready package
Property summary, financials, rent roll, five-year pro forma, comps and maps, plus a memo.
04
Outreach in your name
Personalised sends, tracked replies and automatic follow-ups.

Questions
Can Dori read an offering memorandum?
Yes. Dori reads PDF, DOCX and XLSX, including offering memoranda, rent rolls, T-12s and appraisals.
How is a loan package different from an OM?
An OM markets the property to buyers. A loan package shows a lender the coverage, leverage, sponsor and risks for the loan request. Dori builds the second from the same source documents.
How much does it cost?
$360 for the first month, then $1,000 a month or $10,000 a year on Professional, with unlimited deals and up to 10 seats.
One closed deal covers the year.
