Lender matching

Scored against the real box, not a tag.

Most lender lists tell you who does multifamily. That is not the question. The question is whether this lender will fund this loan, at this size, at this leverage, in this market, for this sponsor. Dori scores every profile against the real box.

What you get

Lender matching, in detail.

The real box

Each lender profile carries loan size, max LTV, min DSCR, asset classes, geographies and sponsor requirements. Your deal is scored against all of it.

Hard fails stay hard

A deal outside a lender's geography or under its minimum loan size is a hard fail. Those are surfaced separately so you stop pitching lenders who were never going to fund it.

Soft misses stay in the list

A deal that is close on leverage or coverage stays in the ranked list, with the miss shown. You decide whether it is worth the call.

800+ profiles per deal

Every deal is scored against more than 800 lender profiles. You see the ranked shortlist instead of looking up forty lenders' criteria by hand.

Rates in view

Live SOFR and Treasury monitoring sits next to the match, so the coverage you are pitching reflects where rates are today.

How it works

Step by step.

01

Deal record is built

Loan size, LTV, DSCR, asset class, location and sponsor come from the extraction.

02

Every profile is scored

Each lender's box is checked criterion by criterion.

03

You get a ranked list

Best fits first, soft misses marked, hard fails set aside.

Questions

How does lender matching actually score a deal?

Every lender profile carries its real box: loan size, max LTV, min DSCR, asset classes, geographies and sponsor requirements. Dori scores against each. Soft misses stay in the ranked list; hard fails are surfaced separately.

How many lenders are scored?

More than 800 lender profiles are scored on every deal.

Can I see why a lender failed?

Yes. Each criterion shows as in box, a soft miss or a hard fail, so you can see exactly which part of the deal a lender will push back on.

Is the lender database included in the price?

Yes. There is no separate charge for the lender database on Professional.
