Every deal on one board, every analyst on the same numbers.
On a team, the cost is not just the formatting. It is the version of the model on someone's laptop, the lender email nobody sent, and the deal that stalls because its owner is out. Dori puts the whole desk on one record.
The work that isn't brokering.
Numbers drift between files
The memo says one NOI, the deck says another, and the model on the shared drive says a third.
No single view of the pipeline
Stage, coverage and next step live in a spreadsheet that is out of date by Tuesday.
Analyst time goes to formatting
Junior staff spend days on decks and re-keying instead of learning to underwrite.
Access is all or nothing
Shared drives do not know who should see which borrower's financials.
What changes.
01
One record per deal
Model, package, memo and matching all read from the same extracted data, so the numbers agree.
02
A pipeline the whole desk can see
Stage, health, DSCR and next action on every live deal, with assignments and document collection.
03
Roles that match how you work
Owner, partner, analyst and viewer, enforced in the database. Analysts see assigned deals only.
04
Your branding on every package
Custom team branding is applied to every generated deck.

Questions
How many seats are included?
Professional includes up to 10 team seats. Enterprise includes unlimited seats.
What roles are available?
Owner (billing, team, branding and every deal), Partner (all team deals, can assign work and send outreach), Analyst (assigned deals only) and Viewer (read-only on assigned deals).
Can we keep one firm's deals separate from another's?
Yes. Team scoping is enforced by row-level security at the database, so an application bug cannot leak another firm's deal.
Is there an audit trail?
Deal edits, package generations and outreach sends are recorded with actor and timestamp.
