Drop in the files. Get the deal back as data.
Every deal arrives as a pile of PDFs, spreadsheets and Word files. Dori reads all of it and builds one record: property, units, income, expenses, loan request, sponsor. You stop re-keying and start checking.
Document extraction, in detail.
Reads what you already have
PDF, DOCX and XLSX. Offering memoranda, rent rolls, T-12 operating statements, appraisals and your own underwriting model. No template to fill in first.
Multi-pass, not one guess
Extraction runs in passes so figures from the rent roll, the T-12 and the model can be checked against each other before they land on the record.
Every number keeps its source
Each field links back to the page it came from. When a lender asks where a figure came from, you can show them in one click.
Photos come along
Property photos are pulled out of the documents and enriched, so they are ready for the package without a screenshot session.
One record for everything downstream
Matching, the underwriting model, the package and outreach all read from the same extracted record. Fix a number once and it is fixed everywhere.
Step by step.
01
Upload the deal
Model, rent roll, T-12, appraisal, OM. Whatever the sponsor sent.
02
Dori extracts
Property, income, expenses, loan request and sponsor details are pulled into one record.
03
You review
Check the fields against their source pages and correct anything before it moves on.
Questions
Which file types can Dori read?
PDF, DOCX and XLSX. That covers offering memoranda, rent rolls, T-12s, appraisals and your own underwriting model. Photos inside the documents are extracted too.
How long does extraction take?
In the demo deal on our homepage, four files were extracted in about 40 seconds. Larger packages take longer, but it is minutes, not an afternoon of re-keying.
What if Dori reads a number wrong?
Every field links back to the page it came from, so you can check it and correct it. Corrections carry through to the model, the package and the matching.
Is my deal data used to train models?
No. Extraction returns structured fields for your record. Nothing is retained for model improvement.
